DIAMOND COLADA

1/2 cup cream of coconut

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup Liberty Vineyards Diamond wine

2 cups ice

Combine ingredients in blender. Blend on highest speed (or crush cycle) until mixture is slushy. Pour into glasses, garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherry, if desired. Enjoy!
